Light the Void treats the void as a force in motion, a primordial energy where form comes to life. The reclaimed material bends into sinuous profiles, and light — emitted by the LEDs or gathered by stainless steel — inhabits the space the material leaves open.

The sculptures seem to dance or to settle, suspended from the ceiling or resting on surfaces. Light runs along some of them; in others, steel gathers and returns the light of the room. None reveals itself while standing still: each asks the viewer to move, to walk around it.

In Light the Void the research of the sculptures continues on another ground. The wood keeps its life and takes in light as a new material, while the form asserts itself in what the material leaves bare.
