KIN
VIOLA PINEIDER 2025
Twenty-six elements of reclaimed canela climb the arm from hand to neck, articulated on a rubber cord. Curved into rings and finished with beeswax, they sheathe the limb without closing it, leaving the skin visible between one segment and the next. The hand stays human and at once becomes other, as if the body had begun to change species.
